Creative Practices
What I did: -
In this lesson we did one drawing exercises. This exercise was to: -
- Draw an area that could best allow us to practice tone – shadow and contrast.
The drawing tools that we used for this were: -
- Compressed charcoal
- White paint
- Paper towel
- My own fingers
Contrast and Shad
What I learnt:-
- How to work with charcoal
- How to work with charcoal with paint
- How to create better depth
- More about tonal drawing
- How space reacts with and against one another, and how this changes
Conclusion: –
I learnt a lot in this lesson. My understanding about not only how to draw but also about my own creativity and the way in which I design is something that I found here. I will continue to draw to discover more about all the areas.
